Newly Renovated UNIT 1A3: Warm natural tones and two sumptuous leather recliners embrace the living area of this two-bedroom unit, adding a stylish and graceful feel!

Tropical greens accentuate the guest bedroom, while an enchanting twist of pink welcomes you to the master. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December. (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Third-floor location overlooks the alluring new palm-lined pathway to the beach!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Ocean's Reach. The location was perfect. It was just a few steps from a quiet section of the beach. The condo was beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and easy clean up. The living room furniture was very comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Just what we needed

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept on the pull-out couch, which was super easy with the living room arrangement. There is so much to do on property that I wish we would’ve had more free time to enjoy it all; basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole, tennis courts, etc. There is a covered parking spot, which was so wonderful for those evening downpours. One of the coolest surprises… a closet right in front of your parking spot to store all of your beach equipment for your stay. No need to haul your chairs, umbrellas, floats etc up and down the stairs. Oh, and there’s even beach chairs for you to use, so save yourself the space in your car if you’re driving. The condo was remarkably clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. The only two negatives I can think of are the patio could be a little bigger. I was a little tight with 6 people, but it was screened in which was great for the bugs at night. Another minor negative was the water pressure from n the master shower is so light, which made washing salty tangly hair difficult for the girls in the group. I definitely recommend staying at this property. It is amazing and you can’t beat the price.

Clean and Easy

Check in was Easy, The room was super pretty and just steps from the water. Gorgeous Views. Our room had a broken toaster but management was onsite and replaced it immediately. So accommodating.

I could not recommend this property enough! Clean, perfect location and responsive property managers! RENT THE BIKES, if you do, you will never have to get in your car for the entire stay. My wife and kids LOVED riding bikes on this island. The ONLY downside, if you can call it that is that Sanibel doesn't want you on the beach at night because of the sea turtles and my kids love to crab hint at night. Overall, and I typically don't write reviews, this place was awesome, the island was great.

Wonderful getaway

We were very pleased and a bit surprised at the number of household items included for use. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and the view from our balcony was great. The covered parking was a real plus, too. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are already planning for a trip back.

The condo was great and the views are incredible. Oceans Reach guest services are top notch! They have thought of everything you may need and has it readily available or already on the property. It was hard to leave the island. Will definitely be back.

Honestly, I was wary of the cleanliness/sanitization of the property in the middle of the Covid craziness, however the property was spotless! Beach and pool had very easy and convenient access. There were beach chairs, boogy boards, Noodles, etc in lower level closet which came in handy! Would def stay again!

Best Restorative Vacation Ever

This condo right on the beach surpassed our expectations! The photos don't do the location justice! We were looking for a place to come with our two kids where there would be enough room for everyone, a great kitchen so we could do our own cooking, and right on a beautiful, serene, beach. This was the place! Everyone at the office were super nice and provided us with whatever we needed. There was a great tennis court and grills. The location was terrifically convenient to a great food store, rental bikes, ice cream, restaurants, nature walks. (Watch out for the alligators!) The beach was endless, clean and full of great shells. One day my walk was joined by four dolphins! My only small request was that there would be a few staples in the kitchen like salt and pepper. This was an ideal place to relax, and restore in the sun and surf. I'd come back anytime and recommend it without reservation.
