Room was clean and well decorated. No bar or restaurants nearby. Strange industrial area behind the property. Steps to carry luggage up. Some broken tiles on steps. Ok for the price.

Leider kann ich die Unterkunft nicht bewerten, meine Buchung war doppelt vergeben. Das Personal sagt nur: es gibt kein Zimmer, nirgends mehr und bei Expedia ist am Wochenende niemand zu erreichen, da müsse ich mich selber kümmern, aber sie würden sich am Montag selbst bei Expedia melden. Leider ist das glatt gelogen, Expedia ist sehr wohl am Wochenende zu erreichen und hätte mir weitergeholfen. Da ich das zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wusste, hatte ich mich selbst mit einigen Problemen gekümmert. Dem Hotel war mein Problem egal, aber Expedia hat am Montag alles geregelt, Dafür vielen Dank!

Leider bekam ich das Zimmer nicht. "Reception" war ein Telefonanruf ( für Schlüsselcode) wo aber bei 30..40 Anrufen in fast 1,5 Stunden niemand erreichbar war. Ich bin dann dort weg. Andere sprach ich, die auch 30 min versuchten bis sie jemand am Tel hatten. Da ich auf der Durchreise war und es in dem " Ostseeraum" zu dieser Zeit sowieso nichts gibt, war die ganze Situation " Sch***" .

Dårlig start, men fin afslutning.

Vores ophold blev booket som 2 enkelte nætter, via Hotels.com. Da vi ankom på 1. dagen vidste hotellet ikke at vi ankom. Vi ringede et par timer inden ankomst, og meddelte at vi ankom sent. De kunne ikke forstå engelsk, så det var et problem at snakke med dem, og få de fornødne oplysninger. Men vi ankom sent om aftenen, og måtte ringe på et vagt nr., som så checkede os ind. Alt i alt et fint lille sted uden for Rostock. Kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang.
