ALPENBLICK
Our light-flooded apartment "Alpenblick" is very quiet above the spa town of Sankt Englmar. In the morning you hear the birds of the mountain forest.

BEST LOCATION AND COMFORT
The modern apartment offers a distant view from the bedroom, the living room and of course from the large balcony to the southwest - over the Danube to the Berchtesgaden Alps. With a clear view (hair dryer) you can look up to the Großvenediger. You can also enjoy the view over the center of Sankt Englmar. The hustle and bustle at the Kapellenberg ski lift can also be observed from the living room window.
It is only a few steps from the apartment to the large indoor pool and an elevator ride. The “Predigtstuhl” ski arena is within walking distance, as are the village restaurants and shops or the spa park.
The 2-room apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, coffee / espresso machine) and has a large box-spring bed and two futon sofa beds. With the 49-inch television and an Internet radio, even long winter evenings will be entertaining.
The apartment is part of the "Predigtstuhl" holiday complex, built in impressive architecture in the 1970s (in addition to the Munich Olympic City, the second award-winning flagship building project of the time in the style of Le Corbusier). It is being renovated step by step and brought up to date. Our apartment on the top floor of house 6, the indoor pool, the wellness area and large parts of the complex are already new and contemporary.
In the "Predigtstuhl" facility you will find numerous free and paid offers for leisure activities, such as the large free indoor pool, the fitness studio and the saunas. There is also an indoor playground for children (Family World).
In the morning, the hotel's bread delivery service ensures short distances.

E-MOBILITY
There is a charging station for electric cars at the spa park in Sankt Englmar. Electric vehicles can be rented on an hourly or daily basis. Activation fee once 6 euros, you get the access card in the tourist information. The rental prices start at 3.99 / hour or 19, - / day and range up to 300, - € / day for the luxury sports car Tesla (on request, plus Provision fee in Sankt Englmar). There are no further costs (electricity is free of charge at the charging station in Sankt Englmar for e-rental vehicles). REACHABILITY
- Via the A3, exit Bogen. Then straight on to Sankt Englmar, Predigtstuhl
- by train to Straubing. Bus 15 runs from Straubing Hbf directly to the front door at the Predigtstuhl. Or take the train to Plattling and change to an electric vehicle (approx. 30 minutes drive to Sankt Englmar). Or by train via Viechtach and from Viechtach with bus line 15.
