相當浪漫的飯店，佈置有趣且別出心裁。早餐非常好吃且多樣，服務人員也親切。唯一的問題是浴室洗手台的排水管會漏水，但也不是大問題。整體而言相當棒。客房附上一瓶免費的氣泡水。旁邊的古堡參觀需要另購門票。

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen und es stimmte alles, das Zimmer, der Ausblick, das freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns im WellnessBereich sehr wohlgefühlt und nichts vermisst. Das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war ein wunderbarer und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Leuk hotel met uitzicht op de Rijn.
Het verblijf in het hotel is goed mee gevallen, maar de kamer is dringend aan vernieuwing. De badkamer is heel klein en onpraktisch. Het avondeten en ontbijt zijn super. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

La qualité n’y est pas du tout !
L’hôtel est très joli et le restaurant très bien, mais le Spa est très petit, il y a 5 transats dans tout le spa c’est totalement impensable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Que dire lorsque la seule douche du sauna est hors service… Dans la chambre, plus de mouchoirs dans la boîte ni de savon dans le distributeur de la douche. Payer aussi cher pour de telles négligences, on est loin d’un 4 étoiles supérieures. Passez votre chemin !

Das Hotel liegt an der schönsten Stelle am Rhein. Von den Zimmern und insbesondere vom Restaurant hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf den Rhein, sowohl das Abendessen wie auch das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Schwimmbad und Saunen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Wir waren ein Nacht hier. Der Empfang war nicht so toll. Man hat nicht das Gefühl das sich das Hotel freut. Zimmer war gut, Essen war auch gut. Alles in allem ok.

Really nice location, the view from the restaurant and terrasse is breathtaking. Room was hot and without AC but when you open the window there was a lot of wind which fixed the issue and there was no bugs. Food at the main restaurant was expensive but okay with the exception of the dessert that were to be honest bad.

What a fun place to stay!
Unique and beautiful property. Expensive to get back and forth from town. Their restaurant was VERY expensive too. Beautiful place, gorgeous rooms and great staff.

The location of hotel Rheinfels is excellent. From this location we were able to visit the points of interest in the Mosel and Rhein valley. It is also right next to the ruins of Schloss Rheinfels which is worth visiting. The restaurant inside the hotel has a great view of the Rhein Valley. We ate there every night and had good meals and service. The breakfast was also great and offered plenty of choice. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, has good parking options both right next to the hotel and on the parking place in front of the bridge. The rooms were clean and were pleasant. I did not experience any noise within the room, although noise on the hallway can be heard within the room. Fortunately we had guests that did not make noise on the hallway. The room offered a nice view of some of the nature and buildings behind the hotel. I was happy with my stay at this hotel, and I can recommend it to others.

This place doesn’t answer their phones. We tried to call them to get cab from city and they didn’t answer. There were no cabs on street at 5pm. We had to walk and carry luggage up a hill that made my lung disease even worse. They are terrible for people who have disabilities. And have terrible evening customer service.

Schloss Rheinfels is worth leaving the Autobahn
Beautiful location right near the Loreley. The Spa is great and so is the restaurant and breakfast. I really enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful hotel with incredible views. The split mattresses took some time to get used to, but the stay was great and we would do it again in a heartbeat. The food was fantastic and the service staff extremely helpful and friendly.
