「We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

「Lage war echt Top*****Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Ellmau und Umgebung. Eine traumhafte Gegend,kommen gerne wieder. Die Betten der Kinder waren gut nur das "Bett"Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem(durchgelegen).Bei 8 Nächten nicht gerade erholsam.Sehr schade. Die Hausbetreuung war nicht erreichbar. Hatten mehrmals versucht per Handy und Festnetz Sie zu kontaktieren (auch kein Rückruf).」

「Samen met zoon (17) een heerlijke week verbleven in dit niet zo heel klein "klein maar fijn" appartement. Voor een verblijf waarbij je het grootste deel buiten bent is het echt ruim genoeg voor 2. en echt geen probleem dat het 1 studio is. Slaapbank en bed liggen heerlijk (kunnen uitgeklapt blijven om voldoende loopruimte te houden). Douche is warm en krachtig. De stoelen op balkon en in de kamer zijn comfortabel. Genoeg servies ed. Vanaf het appartement sta je zo op de skipiste (in/out)....

Ausstattung super! Lage 1a, süßer kleiner Ort, 5 Autominuten bis zur Gondel ins riesen Skigebiet. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Kommunikation im Vorfeld super, ebenso wie Check-in. 「Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren.」

「Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die schöne Terasse lud zum verweilen ein und vorallem der schöne Ausblick auf die Berge 🏔️ war super. Es gibt nur eine kleine Anmerkung zu machen. Im Schlafzimmer wären Verdunklungsrollos sehr angenehm, da es ab fünf schon sehr hell immer war. Pluspunkt ist die wunderschöne Sauna. Der Ort Niedernsill bietet einen alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super für Ausflüge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall...

「Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities.
