In the district of Stattenberg 1.5 km from the centre of St. Urban, 11 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, 24 km from the centre of Klagenfurt, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop "St. Urban Abzw Zwattendorf" 2.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlitzen 29 km, Hochrindl 33 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 40 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Alpenrose 1", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Adresse central, grand appartement

Le lieu est plutôt isolé dans la très jolie campagne et central pour balayer la région. Nous avions une voiture donc accès facile. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. Attention toutefois à prévoir tous les petites choses utiles car hormis le papier toilette il n'y a rien (éponge, liquide vaisselle, sel, poivre...). Ça pourrait mériter d'être mis à disposition au vu du prix de la location. L'hôte ne parle pas anglais donc peu d'échanges mais nous avons été très bien reçus.En revanche, nombreuses relances SMS du gérant immobilier pour faire le pré-check-in alors que déjà fait... Cela a créé plus de confusion qu'autre chose, je ne perçois pas bien le service rendu.

Vielleicht kommen wir wieder

Einfache, aber ausreichend ausgestattete, saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Großzügiger und schöner Garten, ruhige Lage, Rehe auf den Feldern daneben. Habe einen guten Tipp zum Essen gehen bekommen.
