Pictures and Description Shows you a House which is exklusive for you with heated Pool. You will find you in the back from the House with other Appartements. No heated Pool. Pool area is to Share with others and the flat next to it is the owner ones.

Émilie und Alain waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen lief problemlos. Der Check-in war etwas unnötig kompliziert, da wir uns mit Alain im Ort treffen und hinter ihn zur Unterkunft fahren sollten. Eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung hätte ausgereicht.Wichtig ist, zu wissen, dass es sich bei der Unterkunft um eine Ferienwohnung und kein Ferienhaus handelt. Im Haus ist nebenan noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung, im Obergeschoss wohnt der Vermieter. Der Pool befindet sich auf der oberen Ebene, man teilt ihn sich mit den anderen Gästen, was bei uns kein Problem darstellte, da die andere Wohnung nicht belegt war.Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto fährt man nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Von der Terrasse hat man einen hervorragenden Ausblick auf die bergige Landschaft. In der Nachbarschaft scheint allerdings viel gebaut zu werden, was tagsüber zeitweise zu hören ist. Die nächste Bäckerei und der nächste Supermarkt, die auch im September regelmäßig geöffnet haben, sind im Nachbarort, etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Der Zustand der Wohnung und des Inventars ist in Ordnung, aber definitiv nicht neu, obwohl in der Beschreibung von einer „neuen“ T4 die Rede ist. Die Stühle und Tische sind ziemlich abgenutzt und auch die Küchenausstattung (Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher)

Nach 1. Tag Abreise wegen Unzufriedenheit

Die Bilder im Inserat waren sehr vielversprechend. Leider stimmten diese überhaupt nicht mit dem überein, was wir vor Ort wiedergefunden haben. Defekte Gartenmöbel, keine Sitzpolster, kein Rasen (der für die Kinder zum Spielen gedacht war), die Liegen am Pool waren auch schon sehr mitgenommen, in der Küche waren Plastikbrettchen die schon gelebt haben. Insgesamt alles nicht sehr sauber und gepflegt. Desweiteren haben wir ein Appartement mit vier Schlafzimmern gebucht, fanden aber nur drei vor. Das Wohnzimmer wurde als viertes Schlafzimmer deklariert, was aber gar nicht geht, da ich nicht eine Woche bei acht Leuten in der Wohnung, im Wohnzimmer schlafe. Geht gar nicht.

Agréable séjour dans une belle région.

Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans un bel endroit. Le logement est bien équipé, bonne literie, piscine entretenue. Mais surtout, Alain est tres gentil.

Très bon séjour dans cette habitation avec une vue magnifique

Très bien, on recommande. Une vue magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Par rapport aux photos, rien de méchant mais il y a une habitation juste à côté qui n'apparait pas sur les photos (et qui était en travaux pendant qu'on y était ... ça faisait du bruit mais j'imagine que ça ne va pas durer). Matériel électroménager un peu vétuste et parfois capricieux (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, etc...). A savoir : une chambre sans fenêtre et (ça serait bien de préciser dans la procédure d'arrivée) les commerces tout proches ne sont ouverts que en juillet août.

Super séjour !

Casa Prima T4 est idealement située pour découvrir la côte ouest d'Ajaccio à Piana, facilement accessibles. Cette location est très bien équipée pour une famille jusqu'à 6. Allez-y sans soucis ,je recommande vivement. La vue "montagne " est superbe et les plages et toutes commodités à moins de 10 minutes..

Nette Wohnung mit schönem Pool

Alain ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Er wohnt in der oberen Wohnung, welche an den Poolbereich grenzt. Die Wohnung (eine von zweien) ist eine Etage tiefer mit kleinem Garten mit schönem Blick aufs Hinterland. Sie ist einfach mit kleinen Zimmern und Mini Badezimmer, aber zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Herbst hat der Garten und Pool relativ früh Schatten, dafür schöne Morgen Sonne. Das Quartier ist noch in Entstehung und rundherum wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gebaut, aber der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Das zugehörige Dorf ist winzig, verfügt aber über einen kleinen Spar und einer Pharmazie. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Cadre naturel, maison moderne et gérant très sympathique

Nous sommes cinq amies à avoir loué cette maison pendant une semaine. Émilie et Alain sont très arrangeants et très sympathiques, Alain qui habite juste au-dessus nous a très bien accueilli, nous avons même eu droit aux délicieuses tomates du jardin ;) La maison de plein pied avec la terrasse vue sur la montagne est très agréable à vivre, propre, moderne, et bien décorée. La maison est en contrebas de la piscine qui est partagée avec l'autre location et le propriétaire. Sur une semaine de location, on ne s'ennuie pas: à 1h de voiture ou moins, on a accès à une variété de paysages différents, des alentours d'Ajaccio au Sud, aux calanques de Piana au Nord, en passant par des villages de montagne et sentiers de randonnées dans les terres.

Un séjour incroyable.

N’ayez aucune hésitation pour la réservation. L’état sanitaire de la maison est irréprochable, le proprio est extrêmement serviable et courtois. A 20km de l’aéroport et à 4 min en voiture de la première plage au eaux turquoise. Je recommande vivement. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci encore à vous et à votre fille

Séjour très agréable, très bon accueil et bons conseils de notre hôte pour découvrir la région. Un logement très propre avec un équipement optimal. On a apprécié le barbecue à disposition. Seule remarque, il s’agit d’un rez-de-chaussée de villa, la piscine est au niveau supérieur chez le propriétaire qui met à disposition.

Notre Mariage

Nous avons passé un sejour plus qu'excellent. Un super accueil de notre hôte et gentillesse. Un lieu apaisant calme et une superbe vue. Quand au logement vraiment rien a dire parfait, equipements au top, sérénité. Notre mariage n à été que plus beau. Merci magnifiques souvenirs.
