"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."

"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "Amazing staff, everyone was so helpful and professional throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the front desk team, they went above and beyond and truly made me feel welcome. The gym was quite good for a hotel gym, had everything I needed for a solid workout. The room and amenities were exactly as expected and matched the photos, which was great. The only thing l'd suggest for improvement is offering more vegan breakfast options. While I appreciated the plant-based milks, a vegan protein option would be a fantastic addition. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Everything was great from check in to check out. We were treated well and the front desk and housekeeping staff were always friendly. The room was very clean and I even received a complimentary gift for my Birthday!! I was blown away by the quality of service given by Hotel SB Diagnal Zero!! "Overall it was a nice quiet hotel. It is not sound proof and you can hear the noises from the halls. It is located right in front of a bus stop that makes getting to and from the train station quiet easily. It is located about 1.5 hours away from the airport by train and 45 minutes from the main area of Barcelona. "
