"So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. "Pros: What really makes this villa special is the garden. It is spacious and private with a great pool beneath a magestic palm tree. It is a wonderful place to relax. Inside the villa it's quite traditional, but functional. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Carlos and Carmen were very helpful and welcoming. The villa is in a convenient location for exploring all parts of the island, and great for getting to and from the airport. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again...

"The house was in excellent condition. It was clean, comfortable and extremely well appointed with good quality bedding, crockery and furniture. The various outdoor areas meant that there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. "

"spotless upstairs apartment with a great balcony to both sides of the property. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a fab shower, again spotless Very peaceful with great amenities. Staff were lovely and the reception area looked and smelt beautiful"

"Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "
