「近火車站很方便，不用乘車，四處走靠兩腿走遍拿坡里，唯一住宿不太理想，床褥凹，水壺有奶味，預早通知遲報到，過晚上九時另額外加收費用，訂很多次酒店或民宿，第一次遇此情況加收費用，他應在網上註明清楚才令人服理，只能有口難言，因已訂和遲報到（差不多晚上十時到），由他任收費，沒辦法，由他割。」

「Check-in at specific time, staff will contact you through email/whatsapp beforehand. Highly recommend this stay. My room is "life", it is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. The building has a small elevator we can use. 」

「Our family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the Università metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. The gem of this stay was the staff who were very kind and welcoming, providing a lovely breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to...

「I was blown away by the staff at this property. After a very stressful travel day, the staff tracked my train (to make sure I would make checkout cutoff) and were so helpful in dealing with the airport and helping me find lost luggage. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was beautiful and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s a very unassuming entrance but the hotel itself is gorgeous. Big thank you to all the incredible staff that went above and beyond while we were there. 」

「酒店位置鄰近拿玻里中央車站,步行5分鐘便可到酒店。此酒店是家庭服務式酒店，提供了簡單煮食用具，方便弄些小食，房間空間寬敞，鄰近火車站，居住環境都寧靜。 但需注意，此酒店不提供廿四小時前台服務，check-in時間要預早聯絡酒店負責人安排。但整體服務不錯。」

「Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Verwalter des Appartements. Hatte übersehen, dass ich mich 1 Tag vor Anreise hätte melden müssen. Hatte GsD einen deutschsprachigen Uber-Fahrer, der für mich bei Ankunft am App den Verwalter anrief. Dieser kam innerhalb von 5 Min und es hat alles gut geklappt. Problem war, dass der Verwalter leider kein englisch oder deutsch spricht. Nur italienisch. Ohne den Uber-Fahrer wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Unterkunft ruhig und sauber.
