Villa Beniamina is a splendid nineteenth-century two-story historical villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Beniamina you will enjoy a charming view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa Beniamina is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet).
You will reach Villa Beniamina from the parking area going up approximately six stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Beniamina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard. The parking space is suitable for at most one car, not suitable for cars longer than 420 cm (165 inches) and wider than 183 cm (72 inches).

To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 200.00;electricity over 80 kWh per week according to consumption EUR 0.80/kWh.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 1.00/m3;check-in after 8 pm EUR 50.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include a sofa and armchairs. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room through a corridor. The floor is paved with precious inlaid majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. The room has three windows with a view of the greenery.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea through three French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
