「Ok, first off, it is an older property, but thats part of the charm. Rhe poorl area specially becase of how much nature plays a part of the property. You literaly have birds singing to you everyday. There is a large tree that has a parrot colony and in the afternoons its wondeful to hear them singing. The customer service, cleanliness and location is excellent. Its close to everything. I stay at this hotel everytime I visit El Salvador i highly recommend it.」

「I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.」

「Apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived, dirty, paint peeling off, roaches and mosquitoes infested, couches seemed like they were recovered from a dumpster they were soiled, dirty and had a bad odor, the beds old and hard and only two thin sheets in each bed fortunately I brought my own sheets, stove old, cupboards loose and covered with paper napkins, leaky and clogged showers a/c unit not working, shame for a place so unkept to be located in the most exclusive area of San Salvador, mind you I...
