Beautiful Location, Kind Team, but Limited Activity Experience We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel team was very kind, welcoming, and helpful with our needs, and we truly appreciated the attention and hospitality throughout our visit. Our main disappointment was with the availability and communication regarding the included amenities and lake activities. We checked in at 3:00 PM, but many of the activities included with the stay were already ending around 4:00 PM. We were really looking forward to exploring the lake, taking a ride, and enjoying some of the water activities, but unfortunately, we did not have enough time to experience them. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the kindness of the staff, but we were disappointed that we didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the lake and water activities. A later activity schedule or better communication at check-in would make the experience much better for future guests.
