There is no shampoo or hair dryer in the bathroom, and you have to ask for it at the front desk. The bed and towels are not that clean. However, the room is quite big and the price is quite low. So I am very satisfied with everything provided.

The property looks okay from the outside. The room is generally okay for the price point. The shower water is definitely far too cold. Despite running the hot water side for half hour, it never gets warm. In the morning between 5am to 9pm is the coldest. I could hear water running through the pipes in the walls around me, so apparently, the hot water heater is taxed beyond its capacity. The hot water is effectively nonexistent. I never got a satisfactory shower here. Do not stay.

It’s okay if you can handle cold showers all the time. The “hot” side never gets warmer than 80F at best. That’s far too cold! In sum: showers here are a miserable experience.

Passei duas noites terríveis nesse espaço. Fui com minha família, esposa e dois filhos, a primeira noite tivemos que dormir todos na mesma cama queen porque a outra cama estava fedendo fezes, o cheiro era insuportável mas como chegamos de madrugada não tivemos opção. No outro dia pedimos para mudar de quarto, e o novo quarto não fedia fezes mas a banheira estava entupida, pedimos para eles arrumares, mas eles só limparam e a banheira continuou entupida. Tivemos que subir num banco pra tomar banho, porque a água demorava demais pra escoar, muito nojento e sujo.

Check in time is started as 3pm. When we tried to check in at 3:30 we were told the room wasn't ready and it would be about a half hour. We said it would be about 5 as we had come over between matches of a tournament t. At 5:30 when we checked in the bathroom in our room reeked so bad of urine we couldn't use it. We asked for another room or for this to be fixed. Said they would have housekeeping come. 45 minutes later we asked again and then 10 minutes later again as I needed to use three restroom. Couldn't use the one in there lobby because it was nailed shut. We had to request the actually call housekeeping because the person at the desk said she was just waiting for her to come back to the front.

The price was okay, there was not a fridge or microwave, the floors were super dirty, I had to clean. The towels had stains, the bed sheets had stains. I had to wash the towels and all to make me feel comfortable. I will recommend if you are only going to sleep for one night like an in and out type of deal.

“You get what you pay for” We stayed in room 145 in this pet friendly motel on Sat. night with a large dog staying above us running & playing with its toys all day, night and early AM. I had enough called the front desk (FD) from 4:45AM to almost 5AM and no one picked up the phone. I went to the FD and no one was there until I had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention. I explained the situation to the lady and asked if she could have the security guard (SG) speak to the people upstairs regarding the dog, instead she asked the SG to come into our room (it’s 5 AM) and listen for themselves. Who does that? There are people asleep in our room and why would I be lying. I asked the FD lady if she could change our room and she said all rooms were booked. I have no idea if the SG even went to speak with the guest. Sun. night I ask if we can change rooms (now upstairs in room 248) and the lady at the FD was very accommodating as I told her about the situation the previous night. Approx.1230AM (Mon. morning) a few guests start arguing, fighting, slamming doors, dogs start barking and the fighting guests start shoving the beds across the floor to make loud scraping noises until about 2AM. I call the FD and have them send someone over to calm the situation but at this time I have had enough and figure the hotel personnel and SG don’t care about the safety and wellbeing of the guests as the noise continues. I recommend that guests w/ pets be assigned lower level rooms.
