Rooms are very outdated. Customer service is very poor. Reservations for à la carte dining are ridiculous. They need a better system in place, with more organization and communication. No shuttles or golf carts are available for people with limited mobility. The food was not the best, with no variety—the same buffet menu every day. We stayed 5 days, and by day 4, I was fed up with the food, so we went out to eat. The place really needs an upgrade in everything. I don't think I would return.

If you'd like it shorter/longer or in a different tone, I can adjust it! --- **⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Beautiful Country, Hardworking Staff, But Several Frustrations** My husband and I spent seven days at this all-inclusive resort on our most recent trip to El Salvador. As always, the country itself was absolutely beautiful, and the people—both on and off the property—were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff at the resort clearly work very hard. Our room was large, comfortable, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, a number of issues kept this experience from being what we hoped for. **Dining & Drinks:** Even at the buffet, guests cannot get their own beverages. There were several times we finished an entire meal before a server brought us water or anything else to drink. Additionally, when we were at the beach or pool, we had to walk quite a distance to reach a bar for even a simple non-alcoholic drink, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.” **Logistics:** We were only given one room key, which was surprisingly frustrating. Since my husband and I often come and go at different times, it made coordinating our day much more difficult than it needed to be. **Entertainment:** The resort advertised entertainment as part of its all-inclusive package, but the only offering was a small “dance club” with a basic karaoke setup. It felt more like an afterthought

Staff was great — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, some of the amenities need better maintenance. Certain areas looked worn out and could use attention to improve the guest experience. Another major concern was the behavior of some visitors. Many were extremely loud, shouting, fighting, over-drinking, and using foul language. I even witnessed people urinating in the garden areas, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel environment. The hotel should enforce stricter rules to ensure a more respectful and family-friendly atmosphere.

El personal pedante, poco atentos, nos entregaron la habitación hasta como a las 5pm, me entregaron habitación estándar cuando yo había reservado habitación superior con vista al océano, las habitaciones súper descuidadas, con camas oxidadas y colchones poco o nada confortables. Y que decir de las instalaciones nulo mantenimiento, descuidados, la verdad que dejan mucho que desear. Para mí y mi familia última vez que nos hospedamos aquí.

Me gustaría comenzar por dividir mi estancia y experiencia en las siguientes etapas: - Recepción y Check In: Un proceso tedioso, y tardado, te reúnen en una sala y te llaman para realizar el check in. - Restaurantes que requieren reservación: A pesar que la cantidad de huéspedes registrándose era considerablemente grande, (entre 300 a 500 personas cuando menos), solamente un restaurante se encontraba disponible, por lo que muchos nos quedamos sin poder tener acceso a ellos. Valga mencionar que la comida (cena, desayuno y almuerzo del restaurante Buffette) pareciera estar preparada por principiantes, ni la gelatina tenia sabor. - Piscina Principal: las piscinas en general son bellas, lamentablemente cerca de la piscina principal huele a orines. Por lo que opté por ir a otras. - Proceso de checkout, otra pesadilla. - Ofrecimiento para optar a ser miembro de Royal Decameron. Las señoritas que te abordan para hacer el ofrecimiento son muy profesionales y respetuosas; personalmente rechacé el ofrecimiento. Les recomiendo, si quieren tener mas miembros, mejores los servicios ofertados. En general, Royal Decameron El Salvador parece tener una buena propaganda, mi recomendación es no visitarlo hasta que mejoren los servicios, se supone que es un hotel all inclusive, en los que las estaciones de refrescos (bares, etc) no se encuentran abiertos y los restaurantes cerrados. A pesar de todo lo malo, puedo recalcar que el personal es respetuoso y servicial.

Customer service was terrible. Bad experience checking in. Rooms are dirty and definitely need upgrade. Room rates are very high for what you get for. We stayed in a room near the main bar/pool. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep because of the music. They definitely need more restaurant options. Crew promoting vacation packages are overwhelming and felt harassed every morning by them. They are very aggressive. Cleaning/restaurant/maintenance crew was very nice, kind and helpful. I would not recommend unless they upgrade the rooms

There are better hotels in el salvador for the price they charge, staff are terrible, they aren’t attentive, some arent helpful at all to guide you around the resort, had to ask other guest where the restaurants are located, the food was cold and bland for dinner
