「Very accurate listing description. Clean apartment & excellent communication from host. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles but still manageable. Location is a great jumping off point for a lot of different places in the area. Loved walking the area and finding different places to eat all the amazing food. Neighbors were super quiet. Only con I can think of is that it's on a main road so you hear cars driving bye all day and night, but if you're from NYC like us, it was hardly noticeable.」

「I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit.」
