Located in Santa Barbara historical Bungalow Haven District. Only six blocks to Santa Barbara theater district and some of the best restaurants in town. Easy access to downtown shops.

Upper East charming and peaceful historic Craftsman Bungalow 2 bedroom 2 bath home is welcoming, serene, yet an ideal location to enjoy everything downtown Santa Barbara has to offer. Two off-street parking spaces. The ground floor has a newer chefs kitchen which flows to the combined dining area and living room with many traditional Craftsman built-in features. Tucked behind tall hedges the enclosed private front porch and patio is perfect to entertain. The upstairs master suite boasts rooftop views and a peek of the ocean. Has laundry room, office area, guest bedroom and bathroom, Sonos, WiFi, DirecTv, Subzero refrigerator and wine storage, BBQ. One month minimum. MP NS
