Beautiful Montecito! We've Just Completed A Massive Renovation in 2023: New Hardwood Floors, New Sub-Zero/Wolf Kitchen, All New Bathrooms + All New Furnishings. The Home Is Sited On One Acre And Is Located Within Minutes Of Montecito's Charming Upper Village And Coastal Village Areas ... Also With Easy Access To Santa Barbara And The Nearby Beaches in Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria.

The home has 3 fireplaces, an outdoor firepit, brand new outdoor hot tub / spa (it is professionally maintained weekly), ocean and mountain views and offers a tranquil location on the South side of Montecito.

A dream!

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. The location, the home, the hospitality, the view - truly was impeccable. We’ve stayed at dozens of high end VRBO’s and this was our favorite stay. Kevin and Tom were lovely hosts and we can’t wait to come back.

Magnificent

The house and property are absolutely incredible! We all fell in love with the house, and the view is breathtaking. I could sit in the garden all day and just revel in it. Tom is wonderful, and Kevin Palmer responded to questions quickly. I cannot wait to return! The absolute best.

This property is even more beautiful in person. Owners are a pleasure to communicate with. Stairs may be a challenge for elderly guests but large primary bedroom is on the first floor. Outdoor areas are fantastic and sunsets magical. Highly recommended.

Unbelievably wonderful

Our expience was beyond outstanding. We have rented homes for years - and all around the world. This property is by far the BEST we have ever had theexperience of enjoying. Most homes you short term rent are beautiful when photographed- but when you arrive here - it does not meet your expectations. Not so with this home - it far surpasses all expectations. The kitchen is equipped - as if a 5 star chef bought everything. The gardens remind you of the Giverny gardens - they take your breath away. Communication with the owners was easy and so helpful. The garden is full of hummingbirds and butterflies - that our two pups loved to chase. Interiors are magical. Several outdoor sitting areas with beautiful comfortable furniture. The master suite on the main floor is great!

Wonderful Home & Sublime Experience in Montecito!

This was easily one of the best high end luxury rentals we’ve ever experienced! An absolutely beautiful home in the Montecito hills… perfect location, great ocean and mountain views, very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, impeccable garden, multiple outdoor living areas (including a great hot tub), and natural light that floods the house dawn till dusk. A little more on the location… literally a 12-15 drive to lovely Butterfly Beach, 5-7 mins from the Montecito Lower Village (shops, restaurants, action!), 12-15 mins drive to the action/attractions/scene in Santa Barbara (including the Santa Barbara Bowl - we enjoyed Daryl Hall & Elvis Costello there!), 5 mins ride to Toro Canyon picnic and hiking area, and 20 mins to a couple of lovely golf courses. Another bonus… the owners are fantastic! Available and highly responsive. A premium memorable experience end to end, and we can’t wait to return! :-))))

Beyond our Expectations!

This home is amazing. We wanted a home where we could relax, hang out, cook dinners and be together as a family. This home was perfect. It is beautiful inside and out. The patios are spectacular. The decor is so well done - from the furniture, the art, the lighting, the gardens. The home has all the amenities. Gorgeous well stocked kitchen, hot tub. We I could go on and on. Did we mentions the views? Incredible. Hosts were wonderful too!

5+++ Star Piece of Heaven

Our family of six adults and 1 toddler just had the most wonderful week long stay at this amazing property in Montecito. The house looks out of the pages of Architectural Digest. Impeccably designed with first class finishes throughout the house. Views of the mountains and ocean at every turn. The outdoor grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and provide total seclusion and relaxation. The kitchen and pantry is well stocked with every type of cooking need. Great luxury appliances. Bedrooms all have the most comfortable King Beds. The hosts Tom and Kevin were very responsive to any request or question we had. Cannot recommend this magnificent property highly enough.

Beautiful Oasis

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Views everywhere and very centrally located to all the great places around SB to see yet felt so secluded. Beds super comfy and plenty of space for us and our 3 grown children and their partners. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a few meals too. Our family really enjoyed the home and would highly recommend.

Incredible vacation home!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here - the home itself is beautiful inside & out, not to mention the stunning mountain, garden, and ocean views! It was the perfect space for our crew (6 adults and a 1 year old). Tom was so very helpful leading up to & during our stay as well. PS: a big thank you for putting 3 king size beds in this home!! It deserves a shout out because I’m always surprised more rental homes don’t follow suit - it’s a “must” for us when searching for our vacation stays :)
