A/C didn’t work very well. No beach view. This property was separate from where the main hotel/amenities were located. No available parking. I would not recommend.

Checkin was at Mar Monte, as notified ahead of time. Parking was only valet or tight street parking. Room was not ready at 4pm. Front desk was swamped with guests checking in, many of us had to wait for our rooms to be ready. I left and came back two hours later and room was not ready. I was not notified, i had to just come back and find out myself. I left and came back at about 8pm, room was not ready and the night shift supervisor offered me a refund for the night i had booked; they did not offer any other room and they did not offer accommodation or anything like that. There was an issue with the previous guest that caused a huge issue for the hotel and for the room, but there was no contingency plan for the next booked guest (me) even though this was only one out of many properties in the area belonging to this hotel group, instead they booked out all the rooms throughout the day, which i was there to witness them booking new walk in guests earlier in the day. Bc all the managers were gone for the day and only the night time supervisor and the one poor front desk guy were available to help me, the supervisor called expedia to help make sure the refund process was started, and i was given the managers' business cards to email them. Was about 9:30pm when I left the property and booked another hotel 15 minutes away on another app because everything in the area was booked or 3x price. I emailed the managers first thing next morning and received no replies. Disappointed.

Air conditioning did not work. Hotel building was 3 blocks from the main hotel where check in occurs and where the pool and amenities are. This was not disclosed on booking. Over it with Expedia.

We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted Expedia for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer.

I made a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com and received an official confirmation letter directly from this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff claimed they could not locate my reservation and, shockingly, never even asked for my name. I presented my confirmation number and documentation, yet they falsely stated they could not find it and refused to provide any assistance, citing that the hotel was at full capacity. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and integrity. It was evident they did not even attempt to verify the confirmation number. As a paying guest with valid proof of reservation, I was left without accommodations through no fault of my own. Due to their negligence and dishonest handling of the situation, I am in the process of pursuing this matter through the proper legal and consumer protection channels. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment entirely.

Very friendly and gracious staff. The sister property is lovely. There is a significant construction project in the lot across the street which detracted from the charm of the neighborhood.

We spent one night at the Palmoro house. The lights in the bathroom and sink area went out Sunday afternoon, and we called the front desk. They did not answer, and did not respond to the vm. We walked to the front desk at Mar Monte because we could not get the golf cart to get us. The lights came back on, but the next morning the lights went out again. Also, you can only watch the TV if you cast from your own device but the WiFi was too weak to successfully watch. The staff was great but stretched too thin. We did like access to the amenities at Mar Monte, but to get out of Palmoro house parking you had to get out of your car to press a button too far from the car. However the price was right, and the location close to the beach is excellent.
