Dining, shopping, and entertainment day or night can be found in just about any direction, and you’ll never tire of venturing out to explore everything this scenic area has to offer. Whether you’re in town attending an event or simply looking for a luxurious place to get away for a while, this destination is the perfect fit!



Seated on a large, manicured lot, the home has many exciting features carefully curated to keep you relaxed and entertained. The inground swimming pool provides refreshing relief from the heat, afterward allowing the warm air to dry you off as you recline with a good book in the lounge seating. As the evening air grows cooler, soak all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub or gather around as you enjoy a bottle of local wine on plush outdoor seating. The option for al fresco dining is made easy at the table for 6 under the shaded patio, enjoying your meal against the picturesque backdrop. Large sliding patio doors open up to the home’s interior, merging indoor and outdoor living together in true Santa Barbara form.



Stepping inside, you’ll find the open and airy living room outfitted with sofa and armchair seating along with a mounted smart TV ensuring you’ll never have to miss an episode of your favorite show. A second, more private family room can be found toward the front of the home, offering a sunny spot for reading a good book or taking a quiet afternoon nap. In the cooler months, the gas fireplace provides a cozy ambiance for sharing stories and casual conversation. The modern, eat-in kitchen is a chef’s dream, with professional appliances, stone countertops, and crisp white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Enjoy breakfast or light meals at the table with seating for 6, overlooking the pool and patio. Formal meals can be taken in the foyer while seated at the sophisticated dining table with room for 8. In between meals, make your way to the game room where a stately pool table awaits to host hours of competitive fun as you stream the big game on the TV.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, gas fireplace, access onto the pool area, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 including a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2 including a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms – the first with a single vanity, clawfoot bathtub, and glass walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles – 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

• Pets are allowed upon approval. Please contact the Customer Care Team for approval.

• The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and is available for $75/night. If the pool heating fee is paid for, there is no additional charge for the hot tub. If guests just want to heat the hot tub during use and turn it off after use, there would be a charge of $15 per day. Please contact our Customer Care team at the time of booking to initiate this request.

• There is a $10,000 security deposit for reservations over 30 days on all channels.

• There is a long term tenant/property care taker that lives in the separate and private guest cottage at the far end of the property near the driveway. He assists the owners with maintaining the property as needed and to keep everything safe and secure when it is not occupied.
