The room was nice, but I was placed on the 1st floor which had a sliding door you could lock and it opened to a patio with not even a couple feet off the ground. That night, I heard a knocking and banging coming from the window and sounds similar to someone trying to open the sliding door. When I called the front desk to ask if someone from security could assist, they said, "I'm the only one here, but I'll call security and take a look." I couldn't sleep that night because I kept hearing a banging from the window and got now follow up from a staff member. The room was nicely set up and breakfast was nice, I just think there should be a change to the first floor rooms' set up for more security.

This is a quiet property conveniently located right off the freeway making it very easy to get to the downtown area and upper State Street in minutes. The staff is kind and helpful. The facility provides a full breakfast each morning to help jump start your day. Gina, who manages the breakfast operations is super kind and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely consider staying again.

The free breakfast was good, had a lot of choices. The shower head needs to be replaced in room 203. The pond and the grounds were beautiful. Loved the ducks which for 50 cents you can feed them. Loved the free toy fish. We will definitely stay there again.

This was an adorable place - loved the pond and to be ablet o feed the fish and ducks. Rooms come with a balcony which is really nice. Breakfast was very good and evenly spread out- overall this was a great place to stay

Breakfast was nice and the lady, Jeanine I believe her name was, is amazing and so nice. She made sure we have everything in breakfast and was very attentive. The stay was nice, but they had a pool incident were it was closed at 4 pm and not open until the next day, at the time they closed, we spoke to the supervisor as we were upset and didn’t know why it was closed. The supervisor, Nate, wasn’t very nice talking to us and the first thing that came out of his mouth was that we can leave if we want. This made us very upset. He doesn’t have good customer service. We spoke to the manager the next day, and he apologized and was nice. If it wasn’t for that supervisor interaction, it would have been a great stay. The pool is heated and is open all day and the hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach, so it’s great.

Easy check in. Great room view. Clean rooms. AC is a bit loud but you can turn it off or reduce it to low. A lot of construction trucks parked there at night but still spots opened. Just a bit annoying but the guys were very nice and we felt safe (all girls). We couldn’t use the pool sadly like we planned because it was “being worked on”.
