Prix élevé pour des prestations qui mériteraient d'être de plus grande qualité

Cette maison est agréable à vivre notamment grâce à sa vue et sa piscine. Elle mériterait d'être modernisée (décoration trop chargée, pas au goût du jour...), réorganisée (pièces inutiles au 1er étage et en rez-de-jardin qui pourraient permettre de faire de plus grandes chambres)et le jardin n'est pas entretenue alors que ce pourrait être un joli jardin méditerranéen. Le prix est donc élevée pour des prestations moyennes. Bon accueil de Victor.
