Big villa with lovely big pool

Had a nice relaxing weekend. Spacios villa with lots of room, lovely huge pool and tenniscourt! Very nice welcoming with water, juices, milk bread and cookies for our first breakfast sinde arrived late. Good comminication with Carmelo.

Stedet bar preg av dårlig renhold, vi måtte vaske opp alt før vi kunne bruke det. Aircondition fungerte ikke på alle rom før helt på slutten av oppholdet vårt, Og vi fikk beskjed om å kjøpe en vifte selv sånn at vi kunne bruke rommet. Vi ble lovet å få tilbake penger for dette, men det skjedde aldri. Det var flere uheldige hendelser som skjedde under oppholdet- tett avløp, vannlekkasje fra rør som gjorde at vi ikke kunne bruke det ene soverommet. Vi hadde arbeidere inn og ut av huset hele uken- og det ble bare mer og mer møkkete. Når jeg påpekte at det hadde vært fint om noen kom og vasket etter håndverkere som hadde borret i veggen og lagt provisorisk rør gjennom det ene soverommet, fikk jeg beskjed om at de hadde ordnet etter seg- og hvis det ikke var bra nok kunne jeg vaske selv.. ( det var virkelig ikke vasket..) Verten ble mer og mer ufin ettersom feilene skjedde selv om vi ikke hadde noen skyld i det som var skjedd. Basseng og uteområdet var veldig flott! Vi opplevde verten som svært useriøs og han møtte heller ikke opp når vi skulle sjekke ut…

wunderbares Feriendomizil für grosse Familien

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Oasi mit wunderschönem Pool und Tennisplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, unsere Ferien in der Grossfamilie an einem solch tollen Ort verbringen zu können!

Super villa pour l’été!

La villa est énorme et pleine de potentiels! Carmelo était toujours disponible et nous a super bien accueillis. Cependant, la villa est bien pour l’été et en avril, il y faisait frais, c’est dommage!

Geweldig zwembad, genoeg ruimte

Prachtig huis, met een geweldig zwembad. Communicatie met host is ook top! Gaat heel snel als je vragen hebt. Van binnen sober, maar prima. Alleen badkamers hebben echt een opknapbeurt nodig.

Amazing family holiday !

We’ve been spending 6 days in the villa . Children called the best holiday ever . House and the outside area are wonderful, especially pool . We managed to relax ,spend time together . Our host Carmelo was extremely friendly , helpful all the time if we needed anything . I highly recommend this place . We might come back as well as there is still plenty to explore :-) thank you .

Fab pool, great for family gathering

The house was big and as expected from pictures and reviews. It is split into three groups of rooms so it made sense for our group of 3 families, each with our own bathroom and then one extra. The bathrooms are quite dated and the main living areas are very hot, especially including the kitchen from lunchtime until night. If you plan to stay in July or august and want to cook dinner a lot in the house, this probably isn’t the right property for you. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is wonderful and works well. The beds were comfy too. The main attraction is of course the pool. It is amazing and huge! We spent a lot of time in the pool. One thing to note is there is no shallow end, only the steps, and the whole pool is about 1.5 m deep so maybe not great for very small kids. It didn’t bother our kids which ranged from 7 - 15. Overall, it’s good value for the size and there are lots of good restaurants in the area to go to for dinner. You definitely need a car to get around and get gps coordinates to find the house easier.

Flott hus med fantastisk basseng!

Veldig fint hus, fantastisk basseng og fin tennisbane. Minst like fint som på bildene. Kjempestort basseng, fine uteområder og stor takterrasse. Litt billige og få utemøbler. Beliggenheten gjør at man er avhengig av bil for å komme seg til både strender, butikker og restauranter.

Romslig villa

Deilig sted, med god plass til oss alle, vi var 14 stk, voksne, ungdommer og barn, hadde 10 solfylte dager her i varme over 30 grader. Rent og pent inne, flott stort kjøleskap som vi brukte til alt av drikkevarer, fine soverom og bad. Deilig basseng. Må ha leiebil her til handling og stranden, forholdsvis nærme innenfor 10 min med bil. Tennisbanen ble brukt. Skulle vi komme med innspill, ville et bordtennisbord og bilijardbord vært midt i blinken for aktiviteter. Mygg er det i Italia så husk lukk dører til soverommene og ta med myggspray. Vi var veldig fornøyd, kommer gjerne tilbake.

Magnifique séjour entre amis

Magnifique villa avec une immense piscine et cours de tennis au top , la configuration de la maison permet à chacun d’avoir un petit espace personnel . Le petit coin salon face à la piscine a été très apprécié pour boire le thé ! La propreté est irréprochable et la literie très confortable . Les équipements sont nombreux et permettront de vraiment passer un très beau séjour . En France on adorerait avoir un barcecue d’intérieur tel que celui qui est dans la cuisine ! Les placards sont remplis de produits de première nécessité , ce qui permet de commencer la semaine sans courir faire des courses , Propriete très sécurisée avec double portail , des citronniers dans le jardin , c’est vraiment le dépaysement !! Enfin un grand grand grand merci à Carmelo pour sa gentillesse et son sens exceptionnel de l’acceuil car nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit à cause d’une annulation d’avion et il a attendu et a prit le temps de nous faire faire le tour de la propriété à 2h30 du matin . Le petit supermarché Conad est à qq minutes en voiture de la maison , on y trouve des produits de qualités et locaux . Et si vous chercher un restaurant à 15 minutes de la maison , nous vous recommandons le Borgo Nove à Comiso ( tout simplement EXTRAORDINAIRE !) Bref nous vous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation !

Ein tolles Haus!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll! Das Grundstück ist schön groß, der Pool ist sauber und riesig und den Tennisplatz haben wir auch viel genutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Lieben Dank für alles!

Super Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern vor Ort und haben einen extrem unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in der Villa Oasi genossen! Die Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort war freundlich, serviceorientiert, zuvorkommend! Das Gelände der Villa ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich! Groß, weitläufig, toll ausgestattet! Hier kann man sich auch in großer Reisegruppe aus dem Weg gehen, wenn es mal nötig ist. Der Pool ist fantastisch! Innen ist das Haus einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser und co. sind reichlich vorhanden, aber schon recht abgenutzt. Auch Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort und es wurde sogar eine Zwischenreinigung mit Wäschewechsel vorgenommen. Klasse! An die Villa wurde offensichtlich immer mal wieder angebaut, um mehr Kapazität zu bekommen. Nun gibt es auch mal ein Schlafzimmer oder Bad, dass kein Außenfenster mehr hat, weil das Fenster zum Anbau führt. Uns haben diese kleinen Mankos aber nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder konnten herrlich Kinder sein, ohne dass wir uns Sorgen mussten, dass irgendetwas beschädigt wird. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Oasi und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Très beau séjour dans une maison atypique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette grande maison atypique. La piscine est incroyable, le jardin est grand et bien fleuri. Le plaisir de jouer au tennis le soir (terrain éclairé) une fois les grosses chaleurs passées est total. L accueil a été excellent et nous avons très vite trouvé nos marques bien que la maison soit un peu éloignée des principaux sites culturels de l’île. La plage est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et les commerces sont proches. Merci pour cette belle semaine

Fantastisk hus

Dejligt hus - fantastisk pool som blev rengjort hver morgen. Ikke noget at klage på. Omgivelser uden forgrunden - ikke noget særligt. Det kræver at der er bil til rådighed med hensyn til at handle og køre til stranden.

Fantastic pool!

Fantastic massive pool, good size bedrooms which worked well for our large family group. 10 mins drive to the marina for a lovely beach and restaurants.

La villa è ben accessoriata ,offre ampi spazi all aperto ma anche al chiuso. La piscina è mantenuta pulita ed è uno spazio bellissimo da vivere in comitiva .

Great Villa

The villa met our expectations and we had a great stay. There were 14 of us with ages from 1 to 66 years old and this property catered for everyone. The pool is amazing and very large. It’s quite deep throughout with no shallow end. The BBQ is quite small when trying to cater for 14 people but just about manageable. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen gets very warm. The tennis court is great and has free floodlighting which is brilliant as too hot to play during the day in the summer. You deal with a property agent (not the owner) but he was very helpful and responsive. There were a few things that need improvement. For example, unable to close one of the bedroom doors as the bed overhung the door! Also the shower doors in one of bathrooms didn’t close properly. The kitchen could do with air conditioning, some sharp kitchen knives, a microwave and more chopping boards (just one wooden one provided). There a lot of flies, so suggest you bring a zapper!

Very large property ideal for families and groups. The grounds swimming pool, tennis court are fantastic. The 4* rating for accuracy is because the air con is only in the bedrooms which as you spend all of your time outside does not matter too much. Would like more utensils in the kitchen ie mugs etc.Carla was very very helpful and responded to all out requests, also the owner appeared with two bottles of wine as a gift a nice touch.

Very nice house and pool area

We loved the house and pool area. the nearest area may not be as cozy, but it outweighs by the house and pool area. The proximity to lovely beaches and a few kilometers to restaurants is excellent. The landlord is super nice and makes sure you have a nice holiday

Perfect!

A big beautiful house with a wonderful large poolarea. The house is very well equipped and a big plus to the tenniscourt. A car is a must.
