We love staying here . Great views close enough to the beach , walking trails etc We weren’t aware of the construction but that was fine The office woman was absolutely wonderful! Location is great
Location is great! Short walk to wharf and boardwalk. Room was clean. The balcony had an ocean view just beyond the buildings. Beautiful view of the sunrise.

The room was nice. We would ask for a room two rooms to the left of ours as ours was a little noisy. We had a nice balcony, but with NO chairs outside to sit on. Why? Wi-fi was sketchy and didn't work. Breakfast was good, but would have preferred some sugar-free waffle syrup and butter that was not so hard and some plain yogurt (not flavored).

Staff was great. Rooms were not kept up. Toilet very loose, furniture dirty, holes in wall, chipped paint everywhere. TV did not work after first day. Furniture all chipped and pieces missing. I expect a NICE clean upkept room for 200.00 a night. I was very disappointed. Place said it had a pool, it did not. It advertised an actual kitchen, it did not have. Not what I expect for so much money!!

Nice location- below average rooms and amenities
Hot tub was Not HOT. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. I was charged one thing the day of check in. My credit card was charged more than $70.00 more than my Original reciept. It was ok for a Last minute stay 4th or July weekend, but would probably nit stay here again.

The beds here are absolute trash the worst sleep ever. Nothing worked there ice machine hot tub. The staff was rude. It was all around one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

Booked room due to location. Was very disappointed by the horrible mattress. Needed to be replaced years ago. Loudness of doors closing and footsteps quite jarring in the middle of the night. But the real nightmare was the neighbor who kept me up all night with loud music and ranting using fowl language.

Liked proximity. Our first room assigned had no smoke detector and you could push the door open - the jam was broken. Reassigned and moved to a better room but still many items like screens in disrepair. Stair railing dangerous and has huge screw sticking out.

Good value for the price
The room was dated with a big hole in the black out curtains but it was clean and very close to the board walk and pier. Staff were fine and continental breakfast was good. Not posh but good value for money.

We stayed one night. After a long day, we could not check in around 6pm because there was no one at the desk. A woman reading a book on the couch told me to come back in 15 minutes or go to the Boardwalk. My family and I went to the Boardwalk and ate dinner. I returned after 8pm and the woman berated me and said “You are late, you were supposed to be back in an hour”. My teenage son had to hold back from hysterical laughter. We were able to check in to the room that I had prepaid months before, not it was an awkward experience,

The man at the front desk is the biggest issue. He is so rude and bordering on hostile that it made for a difficult sign in. He was in the middle of an argument with another guest when we arrived. Although I could understand the difficult position he was in with the guest who was demanding an ocean view room for the same price as a regularly room, he continued his rude diatribe with us: NO visitors, NO smoking, etc!
