We are open! Top level, premium Pajaro Dunes oceanfront condo just 30 yards from the expansive, family-friendly beach. Complete with a 180-degree, unobstructed ocean view from Monterey Bay to Santa Cruz!

Savor dramatic ocean views and awesome sunsets while relaxing on the living room sofa, reclining on the queen bed in the bedroom, or sitting on the outdoor deck. Just step outside to feel the sand, sun, and ocean. Sunbath, build a sand castle, search for seashells, surf, play beach volleyball, fish, or just sit peacefully amidst the majestic beauty of nature. Walk or jog along the beautiful beach, bike along adjacent trails, feed the ducks at the nearby pond, or use the on-site exercise facilities, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Repeat Visit to our special beach retreat

We love the views from the glass doors and deck. We saw several whales and enjoyed picking strawberries. We also enjoy the hikes in the redwoods in Aptos and along the coast. We want to come back. This was our second time staying at this condo.

May 4 - May 8 Shorebirds

The unit is a third floor Shorebirds Condo which are always wonderful. The views and area are breathtaking as always. However the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.We had to clean every surface in the kitchen before putting our things down, the bathroom was the worst with hairs everywhere, tub, walls, floor and sink. We had to clean all of it before we used it. There were potato chips coming out from under the couch, so we vacuumed.The special touches throughout the unit, prints, throw pillows, accent pieces were lovely, but the couches were uncomfortable, the foam is pretty broken down.It is a lovely unit, but needs a bit of care.Still viewing the ocean from up there is absolutely spectacular. One of the best

This unit is one of the best in Pajaro Dunes. Since it's on the third/top floor and faces outwards towards the beach, it's very private and you don't have to worry about noise from upstairs neighbors. Anna was also an awesome host and was both extremely responsive to questions and very gracious. This is our third stay at Pajaro Dunes, and we know where we'll be coming back to in the future. Thanks Anna!

Great location in complex (top floor, ocean front). Condo is a little dated and could use a refresh and a deep clean. Bring all food you would need for your stay - 20/25 minute drive to restaurants.
