“Die Unterkunft war klein, aber absolut ausreichend und sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir sie selbst nicht genutzt haben. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die zentrale Lage: Der Markt, die Altstadt und der Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe.
Auch die Parksituation war unkompliziert: Von 20:00 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr kann man das Auto kostenlos auf der Straße (in den blau markierten Zonen) abstellen. Tagsüber……

“We’ve stayed at the Three House Hotel several times now and each stay has consistently been great. The rooms are good sized and well laid out. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff and management are very friendly and helpful. “Very nice new unit, air conditioning works very well, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely private patio with sun loungers and a million dollar view of funchal and the ocean far below. Has a washer and dryer that do not dry to north american standards, you have to leave clothes out on the patio, but that is like every place we have rented in Portugal so far. A high end dining road with numerous restaurants including a Michelin two star, but also with more reasonable options, is a block away……

“Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. Everything is walkable. If you wish to go further the taxi or bus is a 5 min walk. Restaurant alley is a 5 min walk with bars and……
