“La ubicación sin dudarlo es excelente a unos cuantos pasos de la calle principal de Provenza donde están toda la zonas de restaurantes. Tuvimos problema con una habitación solamente ya que parece ser se rompió la puerta de cristal del baño y toda el agua se salía a la hora de bañarse. La segunda habitación todo perfecto. No hay elevador para considerarlo si traen muchas maletas pesadas.”

“The apartment was clean and the place was well-presented; the breakfast was just average, but the downside is that dogs are allowed, which isn't good for people with allergies.”

“It's my fourth time to colombia it's the first time I had a smooth Checking in and checking out They had a nice small kitchen. They have a nice security guard.By the door greeting everybody the only thing is, I ask for 2 beds the reservations they had one regular bed, one sofa bed”

“We enjoyed our stay here at loft factory, great location, a lot of restaurants near by. The room had a great layout very unique style, we liked that. We had a minor complaint about the AC, we weren’t sure if it was broken or how it was meant to operate/run. it definitely did not cool off our room comfortably enough, some nights we decided to just leave a few windows open. Overall we had a great time, staff were very welcoming and attentive.”

“The location was perfect. It was roughly 5 mins or less from the stadium. It was very close to the Exito supermarket , cambio and a lot of restaurants that are close by. All the staff are fantastic. They were very helpful whenever I needed something and communicated well. I definitely recommend this apartment and I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had which isnt a big deal was it had a rain shower in the bathroom which isnt convenient for smaller kids but that could have been……
