  • Casa de Angeles. (House of Angels.) The Perfect Casita in the heart of the historic Eastside neighborhood. With some homes dating back centuries, this neighborhood has some of Santa Fe's most picturesque adobe homes and gardens. This delightful home is part of a small, exclusive compound with a view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the private, shaded patio, and yet close to everywhere you want to be.

    An easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road art galleries! Close to Museum Hill where you can explore some of the city’s finest museums. In the morning, stroll down the street to Downtown Subscription Coffee Bar for a steaming cup of coffee, fresh baked croissant and the newspaper – a great place to people watch, then browse next door at Garcia Street Books.

    Filled with light! You’ll enjoy original art created by the artist-owner, custom furniture and authentic Santa Fe style. Vigas, Saltillo tiles and hardwood floors. Wood-burning kiva fireplace. All New streamlined custom kitchen with soapstone counters and stainless appliances. Spacious bedroom with luxurious king-size bed and 400-thread count sheets. Tile bath.

First of all, loved the neighborhood and the very private and cozy courtyard. Enjoyed the historical architecture with modern amenities - the casita was lacking nothing and close to everything. Laurel was very easy to communicate with and her artwork throughout the casita was spectacular.

As walkers, we loved that everything we wanted to see as about a mile away—the plaza, museum hill, railroad district, canyon road And we then returned after each excursion to our charming casita. Comfortable, pretty, convenient. We will return!
