Dear Richard, So very happy you all enjoyed the Apodaca property with Two Casitas. It's nice to have the needed space yet be close to Canyon Road and they many areas visitors like to go. We look forward to having you back when you're ready to visit Santa Fe again!

Two Casitas does thorough inspections of our homes before every guest arrives, and there was no report of a smell in the house from our team. We also contact each guest by text message and email during their stay urging them to alert us to any problems that they encounter, or of any ways that we can improve their stay. In this case, we only heard from Keating the day after he or she checked out. He or she said that the house smelled like smoke and that there were a number of broken items throughout the home. I immediately dispatched my quality control team to investigate, and they reported back that there was no unusual smell in the home, and that none of the items that Keating mentioned were broken. Please note that all of the other reviews on this property give four or five stars, and that none of them mention an unpleasant smell of any kind. Two Casitas is reasonably assured that this review is an attempt to extort a refund from us, and is not reflective of the guest's actual stay at the home.
