A dreamy Southwest getaway awaits at this three-bedroom, two-bath home on Old Santa Fe Trail. The enviable location is within a short trip of hiking trails, downtown, and the galleries on Canyon Road. Designed with relaxation in mind, the sprawling yard boasts a private hot tub and a luxurious covered dining room with a wood-burning fireplace. Admire panoramic views on the rooftop deck.
Highlights include two living areas, a newly remodeled kitchen, and well-appointed bedrooms.

LIVING AREA
A large sectional provides plenty of seating around the wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. Relax and stream new Netflix releases on the flat-screen smart TV.

Curl up on the armchairs in the second living area and play board games. The desk offers a handy spot to check email.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare meals with local ingredients in the kitchen, newly appointed with sleek marble countertops. A full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances includes a six-burner gas range.

The dining table seats six to festive dinners, and a bench provides additional seating.

BED & BATH
This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached patio. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-size bed,.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The sprawling backyard (one of the largest in Santa Fe) is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful New Mexico weather. Sway peacefully in a hammock or play games on the grass. A private hot tub invites you to unwind completely.

Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six in the covered dining room. A wood-burning fireplace creates added allure.

Gather on the rooftop deck to sip drinks and admire the panorama of surrounding beauty. Comfy furnishings include a loveseat and two armchairs.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
-Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four cars (three in the driveway and one in the carport).
-Firewood is provided for the outdoor fireplace and the main living area fireplace. The fireplace in the second living area is not operational.
-A swamp cooler provides cooling when needed. A mudroom is available for ski storage.
