The living is centered around the 72” smart TV, which is connected to a Sonos sound system that is wired throughout the house. A kiva fireplace is off to the right for additional ambiance.

The sofa converts to a queen bed for additional guests.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped, and features authentic Mexican tile countertops. The dining table seats six and is flanked by another Kiva fireplace.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom features a king bed, with a bathroom just outside of the door that is shared with the living room.
