Hotel was OK. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice, free parking was a bonus, room was worn and maintenance and cleaning was lacking throughout. I asked the desk clerk about the hot tub working before I checked in and was told yes it was working and very hot. It was hot but the jets didn’t work 😏 and the pool was freezing cold. Water felt “dirty”. Another area where cleaning and maintenance were needed. Breakfast had a good selection and a welcoming hostess.

Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adult's and 2 kids. We arrived early to enjoy the pool but was quickly disappointed. Hallways Had a weird smell, like a nursing home. The room was okay, it was very stuffy, had no ventilation, felt like you couldn't breathe. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned and had yellow stains on it. I had complained to the front desk but was told he could refund our money and we could just leave. I thought he would at least offer to move us to a clean room but seemed like he was tired of dealing with me honestly. It was disappointing because we drove 5 hours and didn't want to be kicked out in the middle of the night. So we stayed, next day Didn't get housekeeping, because I didn't request, which I did not know, so be sure to request. I would have liked our room cleaned and needed clean towels. Asked for some but was only given 2 and there was 4 of us. The pool was open but it is not heated. It was beyond freezing and the Jacuzzi was broken as well. Jacuzzi was warm but water was green and smelled disgusting. Only stayed in for 30 minutes and didn't go back the 2nd day. For the price and it being a Marriott and I'm a Marriott rewards member, it was very disappointing. Front desk guy said he would put points on my account so we will see. Will never ever stay here again and do not recommend. If your willing to spend this amount of money, stay somewhere else. You're welcome.

This hotel was NOT what we were expecting considering the brand and price point. The room was small the layout awkward. The kitchen area was essentially a wall unit cupboard near the entry door (in front of the bathroom door!) with tiny everything-microwave, coffee dispenser, barely a fridge. The room did not smell fresh but seemed fairly clean. Curtains were askew and wrinkled, floor lamp looked a bit beat up, etc. Heater was difficult to regulate- old fashioned and wall thermostat was not in working condition. The hotel setting was sketchy and no the parking lot did not pass the safety confidence test. We carried items in from the car that we usually leave in the car overnight at other hotels. There was a dumpster with debris strewn around just over the curb, a chain link fence had been cut and was just laying open- stuff like that. The hotels site says they accept dogs but there were no amenities for them to be walked or do their business. There was dog poop on the concrete sidewalk that surrounded the building! We will look for another place to stay when passing through Santa Fe on our next trip.

Hotel bueno. Sin embargo el servicio de limpieza es malo. Solicité que hicieran diario la cama, un día no fueron, otro solo hicieron una cama, los demás si hicieron las dos camas.

Rooms, bed, pillows smelled of sweat, seemed they haven't been reftesjed or cleaned. Another guest was also complaing about finding hair in the bed. Had claedd around 140 to ask if we could check in early, were tild that house keepimg is rumning behind. Didn't think yoo much of it untill we were in the room. HK seems to be over worked and don't replace bedsheets or pillow cases. Had to get my own pillows amd fabric refresh spray from Walmart. Seemed HK had locked up the spray, as front desk didn't have access.
