Palacito is a smart and stylish “little palace” ideally located for your Santa Fe getaway. Take a 3 minute walk to the Teahouse on Canyon Road or an easy stroll along the tree-lined East Palace Avenue through the historic Eastside neighborhood to the Santa Fe Plaza. The air-conditioned 1250 square foot home combines contemporary conveniences and Santa Fe charm. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.
The upper floor is an open design with a high ceiling providing light-filled gathering spaces in both the living room and the kitchen/dining area. The living area, filled with local art, has comfortable furnishings for relaxation, and the gas-fired fireplace adds coziness on cooler evenings. The very well-appointed kitchen with a gas-range provides a spacious layout for those who like to share meal preparation. Enjoy your meals in the intimate dining area or take them outside to experience the beautiful New Mexico light. From the kitchen there is easy access to a shaded outdoor deck where you can unwind and barbeque. A second private patio area off the living room invites you to sit and share a conversation. The upper floor also has a half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer.
The lower floor, via stairs to the lower level, has two comfortably-sized master suites, each with their own private bathroom. All bathroom fixtures are contemporary. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The attached bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with two sinks. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be made into two twins on special request. This bathroom has a generous-sized tile shower and one sink.
Accommodates up to 4 people. Great accommodation for two couples, a family, a girlfriend’s getaway, or a mother-daughter adventure.
This vacation rental has the convenience of two off-street parking spaces.

Property was just as advertised. Very clean, nice spaces, comfortable beds. Two patios which were lovely. Centrally located - only 20 minutes from the plaza and two blocks from Canyon Road. Great stay - will definitely come back.

Lovely home

This is a very well considered rental home. It has modern decor, modern appliances (dishwasher, nice refrigerator and w/d) a nice kitchen with all of the essentials, two porches with seating, comfy beds, comfy living area, very clean, quiet (beautiful) street. The house is located about a mile from the heart of downtown Santa Fe and has very easy access to all parts of the city. We walked everywhere in town. It was overall an easy, comfortable place to stay. A lot of thought went into providing essentials such as scissors, and eco-friendly laundry detergent etc. We appreciated these little details, not all owners consider these types of conveniences. We really loved our walks to and from the house daily - it is located in a neighborhood where homeowners care for their homes and surroundings.

Peaceful location near everything

Palacito offers the privacy and quiet of a private home in one of Santa Fe’s historic neighborhoods while also being within walking distance of the restaurants, galleries and shops of Canyon Road and the Plaza area. The home was well appointed and comfortable with the bonus of two separate outdoor areas. We can’t wait to visit again.

Fantastic Santa Fe stay!

Richard's place is fabulous. Easy to get to and great location for Canyon Road or a quick 15 minute walk into town. It's so quiet, spent every morning on the patio with my coffee and a book. Inside is fab, super kitchen with everything you'll need to cook (we cooked a lot!) very clean, very well organized and AC since it was very warm for Santa Fe while we were there. Comfortable beds, great showers, all linens and towels you could need. Plus it's just beautiful!
