“Yolanda and Eileen are so generously hospitable, attending to every detail ahead of time so our event and time at Back 40 was very smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing. “We enjoyed our stay! The house was as advertised. When we arrived, there was a small maintenance issue and the property manager had it fixed promptly. We were very thankful as we were only there one night. There were plenty of serving utensils, plates, cups and knives and the kitchen was great! Could use some updated pots and pans that aren’t losing their non-stick coating. If you were there for a week, you may want to bring your own. We were only there for a night and this house was……
