“The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not……

“We had a great stay at Brian's 4 bedroom house in Montalcino. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of town. The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. It strikes a nice balance between that classic Tuscan feel and modern convenience. Brian and Valentina were great to deal with throughout the entire process. They helped us arrange a private dinner at the house, which was an amazing experience.Our wine group of four have been traveling around Italy and France for years……

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”
