"Templari" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spread across 3 levels, covering a total surface area of 80 m2 and accommodating a maximum of 5 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its multiple floors to ensure both comfort and privacy.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, serves as the heart of the home and hosts the majority of the living spaces. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious living and dining area furnished with a dining table and a flat-screen television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. This floor also accommodates the first of the 2 bedrooms, a double room furnished with 1 double bed, as well as a second room featuring 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed suitable for 1 person. Both bathrooms are located on this level, each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. Multiple exits from this floor lead directly to the garden and to the terrace.

The upper floor, reached via a spiral staircase, contains a walk-through room with access to the terrace. Continuing up the same spiral staircase to the top floor, you will find the second double bedroom, furnished with 1 double bed and equipped with its own air conditioning unit.
