「Blu hotel was a gem. We booked our trip a bit late for summer on the coast and it was nice to find such a cute place near the beach. The owners were very helpful and the rooms were very clean with great AC. The garden was a lovely break from the heat with an excellent wine selection. Only wish access to the garden was allowed past 7:30pm as it closes when the owners leave for the night. Lavagna had great beaches and restaurants for us for our short stay.」

「Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best.」
