"Having a hotels.com gold status, I thought I was going to get a room upgrade as the property clearly was at half capacity or less… I even asked about the upgrade but was flatly denied. I have received upgrades in the past at other properties but not at this resort… Other than that, resort is fabulous, ..."

Questions from August were not answered requesting info on an additional guest joining us for a week.(is there an additional charge, is it allowed) We therefore assumed (incorrectly) that this was allowed and were charged once our friend arrived. ..."
