When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us.
The inside felt cheap too. The kitchen had flimsy Ikea stuff that looked like it could fall apart any minute. The plates were still wet and dirty, and the pots and tongs had seen better days. The only cava glass there made it clear they weren’t keeping things up to scratch.

Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the lack of attention to detail and basic amenities made it clear that Estrellas de Gredos does not provide good value for the money spent. We left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged."
