Great location

Loved our stay here ! So close to the beach and beautifully clean . Would recommend wholeheartedly! Only negative was there was only a keurig for coffee making. I’m not a fan of those and didn’t bring pods, but that’s just a preference thing . We loved this condo !!

Friends trip

Great place. Recommend some hooks on back of doors to hang towels. The shower rod in the stand alone bathroom downstairs is rusted - hung a swim suit and towels over it and they stained pretty good.

SIMPLY PERFECT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was a breeze, checkin was so easy, and the home is beautiful! It had everything I needed for my stay, and being able to see the ocean from the living room was a nice bonus. Loved walking to Shunk Gulley and the Perfect Pig for delicious meals, and the beach access is less than a minute's walk. A perfect stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 8 of us to eat,sleep and relax. Plenty of parking in units lot.Could walk to public beach and restaurants. Santa Rosa beach is a beautiful area to stay.

Beach Therapy

The condo was very nice and felt like home away from home. There are places to go eat and have a drink in walking distance. The oyster bar next door had a band every night til 10pm and could listen from condo with patio door open. This was great to me. I love live music. The public beach access is across the street from condo which is nice and it has lifeguards. I would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say out of the many times we have stayed in this building this was the one that wasn’t the best. I have stayed in this building 5 times since 2015. Our main issues were a toilet that was constantly running and WIFI that didn’t work which meant the TV didn’t work either. After reaching out to the management company multiple times the TV/WIFII was not resolved. For a family of four with two kids this was a major inconvenience. Other little things were annoying as well but nothing we couldn’t adapt to except the lack of TV/WIFI.
