The property itself was nice, but there were several things that made our stay less convenient than expected.Be sure to pay very close attention to the check-in instructions and directions, as they are important. The listing mentions that guests should bring certain items, including spices and trash bags, and this was very true. We were provided with only one garbage bag.The ice machine was not working, which was inconvenient. There were also very limited cleaning supplies. There was no countertop cleaner or glass cleaner, even though the dining table is glass, so there was no way to properly clean the dining table or kitchen surfaces during our stay.I also emailed three times before our arrival regarding the coffee makers and never received a response. When we arrived, there was only one coffee filter, so we had to go out and purchase filters right away.Parking is also something to be aware of. There are only two parking spaces, and there are two golf carts associated with the property, so parking can be tight depending on how the spaces are being used.Overall, the property has potential, but better communication, a working ice machine, and providing basic cleaning and kitchen supplies would have made for a much better experience.
