Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: This cozy home is ideally situated along one of the many walking paths that make the West Beach District of WaterSound such a sought after vacation spot. The home offers 2 king bedrooms (master on first floor), 1 queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins, and second living area with a pullout sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV on the second floor.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the house with luxurious accents for the ultimate retreat. The en-suite master bathroom has double vanities, double shower and huge walk-in closet. The laundry room is near the master suite. As you make your way to the open-concept living space on the first floor you pass a powder room. The kitchen has a gas burning stove with plenty of pantry space and it's fully equipped for meals made at home. There is a convenient wet bar across from the kitchen with an ice maker. There are four counter stools for additional dining seating and those fun gatherings in the kitchen. The dining area has a beautiful table for 6 guests. And the living space has plenty of very comfortable seating for TV viewing or entertaining for the whole family. The screened-in porch has a sectional couch for lounging and a nice round dining table for enjoying your coffee and paper in the morning. There is also a gas grill and outdoor shower off of the back side of the house.
The second floor has an additional living space with a pullout couch that is ideal for kids or teens to hang out in. The twin bedroom is at the top of the stairs with 2 adorable twin beds. A bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower is used by the twin room and queen room at the end of the hall. The spacious queen room has a large walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The equally as spacious second king master is also at the end of the hallway with a flat screen TV and it's own en-suite bathroom including a shower/tub combo and walk-in closet.
*This home does not have access to the Watersound Beach Club. The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.*

Plentiful walking paths throughout West WaterSound make for enjoyable strolls through the neighborhood. The community pool at West WaterSound is a quick 5 minute stroll away. This is also where the beach boardwalk is located. You can walk or bike down to the beach as they have bike racks for your convenience down at the beach. Puttering Park is on your way to the pool - a fun putt putt area for all to enjoy after a day at the beach!
Also for your entertainment, The Hub on 30A is approximately 1 mile east down 30A. It is a great venue for kids/families/couples as it provides areas to lounge, eat and run around in along with a variety of food vendors to purchase dinner and drinks from. There is a large amphitheater where you can find musicians playing one night to college game day football on a projection screen the next. There is fun for everyone at The Hub!
***This home does not have access to the WaterSound Beach Club. You are able to access the WaterSound Fitness Facility on a Pay Per Use basis.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterSound community does not allow any golf cart rentals or guests to bring their own golf carts
Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
