Great Place Great Host

The place was perfect for our vacation with friends and family. It was clean and modern. Smart TVs allowed you to log into your favorite streaming services. There was even beach chairs, coolers, etc to use. If we need a place to stay in the area, this will be our first choice.

Great Location

The condo was very nice and the location was close by the activities we had planned. The host was great with communication and accommodating when our flight was canceled and we had to adjust our reservation. I would definitely book again!

Destin stay

The property was like new, very neat and clean. It was well-equipped with all that you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Good location to everything, especially for our family and friends that live in Destin. I would recommend it to anyone.

Simply Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our girls’ getaway trip! Very clean, comfortable beds, pretty updated decor, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and a nice sized kitchen table. Communication with the owner was great! Would definitely stay here again!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed

This property was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the drive was so easy to multiple beaches. The hospital and fire department are on the same road not even half a mile away, so medical care is close if that’s important to you. The host was so responsive and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this property.

Great place for the price and location!

Everything was taken care of, location was great the only issue we ran into was the coffee maker has sugar ants in it. For a bunch of guys it wasn’t a big deal… but i could see how it could be for some other crowds.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This home was very clean, well decorated, with ample room for luggage and clothing. Close to everything you would need! There is a hose located conveniently in front of the house. Great for washing sand off the beach chairs after a long day in the crystal clear water. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for an inexpensive coastal retreat! The host was very quick to reply and gave helpful info as well!

Amazing!!

We had the best stay at Byron’s rental. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything you would ever want or need on a beach vacation. Byron and the property manager George are incredibly responsive. This was by far our best stay in Destin! The only thing I would suggest is additional throw blankets. One of our friends liked to keep it colder than the rest of us but there was only one couch blanket, so we had to buy another. The kitchen was very well stocked, but again there might be some items you’ll need to purchase if you stay in for meals, such as mixing bowls, foil, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary and Walmart is super close. We will definitely try to stay again on our next visit. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Great Property, Location, and Host!

First impression upon check-in where great! Home was nice and cool as well as very clean. The check-in process was easy and the check-out process was one that I never experienced. Most rentals give you a huge chore list to take care of before leaving and this one only asks that you lock the door. This is a huge plus in my opinion and should be used as a selling point on the listing. - Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and away from tourist attractions. - Communication was great with host. - Home AC was GREAT. Every night was nice and cool. - A few issues that we experienced, and is solely based preference, was the secondary bedrooms did not have ceiling fans and the curtains/drapes served no purpose because the sun beams right through them. We were up extremely early every day as soon as the sun rose. On vacation, the last thing I want to do is wake up early with the sun rise. We traveled (drove) across the country and hoped for a good night rest the first night, but it was tough. However, we dealt with it and made the best of it. Again, this is 100% based on preference. My recommendation to ownership is the provide two styles of curtains to serve both purposes of letting some sun and keeping it out. - Cookware (pots/pans) were limited but we made it work. We did have to go out and purchase a cutting board because we were unable to find one. - Since we stayed 6 nights I wish we would've known when trash days were to help. Overall it was a great place to rest our heads.

Very straight forward. Adorable little spot close to everything near Santa Rosa area. From checking in throughout the whole stay this place was more than accommodating and having the garage to come and go from the beach was nice and made it easy to keep sand from coming and going in the house.
