Amazing Trip!

The house was perfect for our beach trip with family. Spacious, clean, and so cozy! We’ve stayed here multiple times and will stay here again in October! Can’t wait to book a trip here next summer too!

Perfect stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone! The bikes were perfect to take the short trip to the ocean.

Great house, excellent location

This house was super clean and lots of thought has been given to making it a comfortable place to stay. I loved the neighborhood as well. We were able to check in early and that was nice. We were four adult family members spending a weekend together and the house was perfect for that.

Fall Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Fall Break trip to Seagrove. We loved spending mornings hanging out on the side porch and taking bike rides to Seaside. The home decor was very nice. Eating at the Red Bar for dinner is a must!

Great house!!

This house is so cute and the location is awesome! It was clean. Our only complaints were that the TV and stereo didn’t work and there were issues with Wi-Fi. There were also no beach towels or beach chairs. Everything else was great.

Wonderful week in Just Passin Thru!!

Our family loved the location & enjoyed the comfort of this home. Beautiful, light, airy & comfy living areas open to kitchen -dining. Front porch our favorite morning coffee & reading place. Master bed/bath very spacious,guest rooms little tight. Drawback - kitchen :dishwasher doesn't clean & needs to be replaced, kitchen has very little work space & ltd. food storage with so many full of China- glassware ,serving pieces.

Birthday trip

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend trip. The house was so much bigger and cuter than the pictures indicated. We went to the beach, cycled to Watersound, drove to Rosemary and walked to Seaside. We also loved staying in, talking in the main room and adorable porch. The only minor issue was a relatively small hot water tank. If someone filled up the garden tub, the rest of us waited for showers. No biggie. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood-FABULOUS House-FABULOUS Beach Access-FABULOUS 8 minute easy walk to beach. 25 minute walk to Seaside. 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Our visit was is January, so it was not busy. I can’t comment on the pool or tennis courts because we did not go to either. We did not cook, so not sure about cookware. Did have my morning coffee. Keurig and Mr.Coffee maker available.

Lovely Home

I live in the area and this is my favorite area on 30A. This specific neighborhood in Seagrove is perfect. No noise, private pool, and easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. House was perfectly clean and well worthy of the price. Will be coming back and staying here again in June!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that is a bit out of the center of Seaside. It is within easy walking distance of a public beach, and within easy biking distance of the town square. We loved this feature but it might be off putting to those who want to dress up for dinner or for people with mobility issues. In that case, you might want to look into renting a golf cart. The house itself was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that you stop by the Walmart on route to Seaside and pick up a couple of cheap camping chairs, as the rental doesn’t include them and the cost is $65/ day to rent on the beach. The pool was nice and not crowded. The house was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

One block off 40a and it’s do peaceful! Easy walk to the beach and walkable to the square. Nicely decorated and supplied. Great landscaping throughout neighborhood.

Great location and property

Stayed at Passin By for a wedding. House was well equipped and conveniently lactated for walking in Seaside. A full length mirror would be a great addition to the master bath or bedroom. Great stay!

Cute Cottage!

The place was great! Clean, convenient, quiet neighborhood and great layout. Only thing that needs to be updated would be the TV, couldn’t connect to Netflix or Amazon…. But still a great place!

Fabulous Seagrove house

Wow!! This house was absolutely adorable and perfect for our getaway. The decor and location were wonderful. We used the very nice bikes several times. The house was spotless. It was less than a five minute bike ride to the public beach access. It is located in a very well kept community just a short walk from 30A. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great location

This beautiful home is located in a pretty neighborhood a close walk or bike to the beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The home was a perfect size for me and the four teens I brought with me. I loved the open floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked. However, you may want to bring your own frying pans if you plan to cook. All in all I would choose to stay here again.
