Spring break family trip

Fantastic Watercolor home

We had a wonderful time spending our Easter weekend and break at this fantastic home. Great amenities like two grills and many porches- one with a ping pong table! Great location, quiet yet convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home in Watercolor

We rented this home in Watercolor for a wedding. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. So clean and all upgraded. We loved the large golf cart to get all around. Would definitely recommend and would rent again. Also renting through Sanders Beach Rentals is the way to go. Very committed to making sure we were comfortable. Very responsive.

Had a wonderful weekend. House was clean, well appointed and just beautiful. There was plenty of room for all 5 couples. Though the downstairs guest room was a bit small and didn’t have a closet, we made it work. Location was on a beautiful, quiet street with easy access to everything. The use of the bikes, golf cart and the WaterColor trolly made getting to shops, restaurants, the beach and pools super easy!

Beautiful trails right out the door. Two car parking. Golf cart. Short distance by car, bike, or golf cart to everything.

Just a gorgeous and nice property with A+ amenities. Easy bike ride to the beach or golf cart wherever you wanted to go. Several of our friends had places in 30A and they all agreed ours was the biggest and best kept. Would stay again

Vacation 2021

We loved our stay in the Watercolor neighborhood. The house was perfect, everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The bikes and golf cart were a real plus for getting the beach and swimming pools. There was lots to do and see.
