The scenery surrounding Alpine Ranch Farmhouse is simply stunning. The house itself is cozy yet spacious. The fireplace adds to the home’s welcoming ambiance. We only used one of the beds, but it was oh so comfortable. A magical experience!

Nice place - nice location

Well located, cute home adjacent to a working horse farm. It was a great base for our day trips to the redwood forest, rocky pacific coast and the wineries in Sonoma, Napa, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our getaway

Adorable little ranch. Private and quiet. Shared shower, but an extra half bath in one of the bedrooms. Great communication. Easy to get in and leave. Was perfect for our needs.

Awesome Visit

The property is in a great location. Short/easy drives in several directions to the great vineyards/wine tastings in the area. We loved watching the horses next door. We will return when we’re back in this area!

Beautiful horse property

The farmhouse was a tranquil home away from home. The house was immaculate and Ron was a gracious host, asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back! Central to everything we needed, including wineries.

Loved our stay

The farmhouse and property exceeded our expectations. We loved the setting and location. The primary bed was super comfortable and the living room had high quality furnishings to provide a comfortable stay. We ate dinner at Salt & Stone in Kenwood one of the nights and absolutely recommend. The location of the farmhouse is really ideal and convenient to so many places. Our host Caroline was wonderful to work with and communication and the guidebook were excellent. Thank you again!

Great property for a girls trip. Good location to Napa and Sonoma area. Super cute and had everything we needed. My animal loving friends really enjoyed see the horses in the mornings. Beautiful setting, immaculate home, fully complete kitchen. Everything was perfect! Communication with Caroline was clear, crisp and respectful. This is truly a special place to experience the Sonoma, St Helena and Calistoga area.

Perfect Get Away

This cabin was the perfect get away for my husband and our friends. It had all the modern conveniences, but still the rustic charm. Ron & Caroline were wonderful hosts & communicators. Idyllic

The property was beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. The house was so inviting, the cozy fireplace, warm blankets and sun streaming down thru the skylights made for a perfect spot to curl up with a good book. Wine tour

Great location for wine tours. Very nice being on a horse farm vs busy town. Only 3 mile drive to a few restaurants and grocery stores. Very big yard and fun outdoor eating space. Only 15 minute drive up the mountain to Pride Family winery and 15 minutes the opposite direction to Calistoga where we visited Sterling, Clos Pegase and Frank Family winery. All great wineries.

Nice Property

Easy Access to Napa and Sonoma. Beds are not the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Kitchen is well stocked. Views of horses are beautiful. Fireplace was nice and easy to use.

Short getaway

The farmhouse is rustic, clean, and cozy with everything we needed. The mini split ACs were very welcome since our stay was during an excessive heat wave. The evenings were lovely and cool and we enjoyed dinners on the deck with the sounds of nature around us. Ron was very helpful with the few glitches we had and we appreciated his kindness and patience We enjoyed our time in Sonoma and were happy to find the ranch to spend our time at
