"I love that the hotel is on the beach with easy access. Rooms aren't too soundproof. At times, the people staying in the room beside me sounded like they were in my room. The same with the balconies. Rooms are nice, but will decline quickly if deep cleaning of baseboards, vents, shower, etc, aren't done often. Breakfast was good."

"Absolutely loved this place! Best resort ever! I was told they even offered refunds to people who had to leave early due to hurricane evacuations. We will return here every year. Great location right on the beach with lots of things to do and a pretty good buffet breakfast"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel and our room were very clean. We ate at the Windrose several times during our stay. The bartender and waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and the food was wonderful. The location is excellent, right on the beach and within walking distance of most of downtown Pensacola Beach. One thing to be aware of is that beach rentals, including chairs, are an additional cost and are managed through a separate vendor. Our only disappointment was that the plush robes advertised with the room were not provided. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenient beachfront location."

"Nice condo, it was clean and well kept. We especially appreciate that he dog was aloud. The master bath sink has a slow drain so we just used the other sink which was fine."
