Apartahotel muy recomendable. Buena ubicación, a 2 minutos de la playa, bien comunicado. Muy limpio, cómodo, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Buena relación calidad y precio.

Santander stop over

We stayed here for 1 night on our way back to the UK by ferry to Plymouth. The apartment has 1 separate bedroom with a double bed and 1 single sofa bed. In the living room there are 2 single beds. There is also a kitchen with a washing machining. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located below the apartment. We had 3 meals at Parrilla Gines. The beach at Sardinero is a stone throws away with a nice promenade. We enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back for a longer stay.

La atencion de Ana muy buena! El estado del apartamento deja mucho que desear, no hay apenas utensilios de cocina, las tostadas la hicimos en la sarten. El sofá es cama y si te sientas el asiento se cae. La calidad del sueño pesima, voces, golpes, portazos y roturas de "cristales"hasta las 4 de la madrugada provenientes del apartamento 12, contiguo al nuestro que era el 14.

Just buy the beach

Very nice apart hotel excellent situation just across the beach. Several buses pass on front to take you to downtown. There is a cafe below where food and coffee are at very good prices

A pesar de q lo elegimos por la ubicación y por la cercania a la playa!,la limpieza dejaba bastante q desear. El sillón-cama una apariencia muy desagradable ( totalmente "pelado")... La puerta del frigorifico rota,... Personal bastante antipàtico... Volvería por la ubicación, nada más.

Propiedad grande, cerca de la playa pero anticuada

El aparthotel no tiene ascensor, muebles y decoración anticuados. Las camas incomodisimas. La limpieza tanto del apartamento, como de la recepción y escaleras, dejaba que desear. Hay dos cafeterías justo debajo y el ruido era molesto. Aparte de esto, la señora muy amable y a dos minutos de la playa. Para de autobús a un minuto

De ligging 50 meter van het strand is fantastisch. Helaas is er geen balkon, onze kamer was donker en had geen uitzicht. Een beetje oud, maar wel keurig schoon.

El balance fue muy bueno.

El apartamento muy confortable y muy bien ubicado. La atencion del pwrsonal deja un poco que desear. La calefaccion se.encendia automaticamente deapuea de las 21:00 y se apagaba durante la madrugada. La temperatura no era la apropiada. En resumen la administracion decide si tienes frio o no. Una pena, ya que el apartamento esta muy bien y la vista es excelente.

Lo único bueno la ubicación y al amabilidad de las empleadas. Muebles antiguos y mal cuidados. Contratamos dos noches con unos servicios. Cama de matrimonio, y dos camas individuales. Las camas individuales eran un sofá cama muy destartalado y haciendo un montón de ruidos y un sillon de tres plazas reconvertido a cama. Olía a rancio desde el principio. La tele del salón, de 15 canales funcionaban tres. Ni por asomo volveré a ese sitio y desde luego no lo recomendaré. No soy ni de poner cosas buenas ni malas. Pero todos los años viajamos y estamo acostumbrados a ver cosas y alojamientos. Pero como este último en ningún sitio.

La ubicación es muy buena.Facil aparcamiento y acceso a las salidas de la ciudad muy buenas. La habitación estaba correcta y limpia. El problema fundamental fue la incomodidad de la cama.
