「Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird」

「Private entry to a basement apartment that was spacious and perfect for an extended stay. Full size refrigerator, microwave for reheating leftovers, comfy linens, large sofa and TV. I had everything I needed without having to share walls at a hotel. Highly recommended. I plan to stay again when returning to the area. 」

「Kathleen was an organized and very communicative host. She made staying with a toddler and other family easy with all of the children’s toys and books. It was the perfect size property for my family and we frequented the basically brand new park that’s right behind the property. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back next year! 」

「We got in around 1 am and were given the wrong code so had to sleep in the wrong unit that hadn’t been cleaned. When I messaged the host they kept telling me that we should be in the correct unit if we used the side door (which we did, but it led to the incorrect unit) even after I explained that we tried the code on both doors and it only worked on the dirty unit door. 「Stayed at this property for 3 weeks as working nearby. The apartment is exactly as described. There is some noise from the tenants above (as stated in the descripton) but this was really only footsteps & it was generally very quiet after about 6pm.Well appointed with everything you need.
