The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the noise within the hallway was very loud. However, the staff were always considerate. You can quickly walk to places of interest, so location is great.

Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier verbleven, zeer schoon super aardig personeel en de lokatie is perfect 10 minuten lopen naar de boulevard. Ontbijt is voldoende en vers.

Fui alocado em um quarto sem janelas e com cama de solteiro grande, quando na reserva solicitei o quarto com cama queen. Minha estadia foi corrida e curta. Por isso, quando notei o erro nem valia mais a pena solicitar mudar o quarto. O hotel, entretanto, está em boas condições gerais. Quarto bem limpo, cama confortável, boa localização.

A experiência no hotel Palace foi razoável tendo em vista que o pior aspecto foi de longe a limpeza do local. O banheiro tinha limo nos rejuntes, a cama cheia de poeira embaixo, o armário de guardar as roupas todo empoeirado também. Permanecemos 9 dias hospedados e solicitamos limpeza no quarto três vezes, nas quais aparentemente apenas o lixo foi retirado. Ar condicionado fazendo muito barulho e, às vezes, escorria água na parede. Café da manhã ok, sem variedades, então se vc ficar hospedado mais dias terá sempre o mesmo cardápio. Das boas qualidades, esteve o atendimento às necessidades junto à recepção que prontamente resolveu todas as solicitações.

O quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo, não sei se é normal pela região ser muito chuvosa. Mas, reclamei e tentar minimizar o cheiro. Pedi para trocar de quarto e não fizeram. No mais, o café da manhã é bem variado e a recepção busca ser solicita.

Colchao ruim, tive q pedir toalha pq n tava disponivel. Tv nao funcionava. Reclamei falarm q era problema geral. Perguntei a outro hospede falou q no quarto dele estava ok. Reclamei de novo e foram olhar de má vontade. N tava pegando a tv a cabo. Ai puseram na antena normal. So pegava a globo. Limpeza do quarto tb deixou a desejar. Pelo.preco achei bem abaixo do esperado.
